Rivermark Technology Group has been founded by the former technical managers of the Resonext / RFMD-WLAN group with the purpose of licensing the WLAN IP that has been developed at Resonext  and RFMD and providing services based on this IP.

03/2005 RFMD closes the WLAN division

03/2005 Rivermark Technology Group incorporated as a Delaware LLC
04/2005 RFMD signs letter of intent
09/2005 License agreement with RFMD signed
